Economic advantages of the waste treatment & energy production system

  • Undifferentiated waste collection (fewer vehicles and staff)
  • Total elimination of waste
  • Energy production 50 megawatt (thermal & electric) is the optimal size
  • Energy and heat supply for over 150 thousand users
  • Creation of jobs for 60 employees
  • No polluting emissions
  • CO2 EU recovery and crediting (CO2 used to grow vegetables in 10,000 m² greenhouses)
  • System approved by third-party institutes, with international certificates
  • Annual recovery of about 30% of the plant cost from waste collection fees
  • Annual profits of 40% to be invested in new infrastructure, etc.
  • Return on the investment in 10 years
  • In addition to the electricity and heat produced, the surplus energy makes hydrogen production possible

The system handles all types of waste without distinction: municipal, industrial, supermarkets, sawmills, etc.

Waste to Energyling

Waste to Energyling

Through a slow oxidation process with a lack of oxygen at low temperature (< 400 °C) and the subsequent combustion of the syngas produced at high temperature (1100 °C), the π technology allows the energy recovery of refuse derived fuel (RDF) with an extremely limited environmental impact.

The low temperatures used during the first stages of the process and the slowness with which the process is deliberately carried out allow the system not to generate pollutants, while ensuring excellent energy recovery.
