Waste Treatment
THE OBJECTIVE: ZERO WASTE TO LANDFILL
WASTE: COSTS AND POLLUTION ?
Objective: 0% waste to landfill
To transform waste into a risk-free product, stable , dry and usable as fuel

The Converter is a patented ecological method for waste treatment, converting waste into RDF, Refuse Derived Fuel. It does not use chemicals, combustion, microwaves or pressure and produces no emissions.
Many independent scientific institutions and laboratories have verified the effectiveness of this innovative process.
Converter
Economic advantages of the waste treatment system:
- Undifferentiated waste collection (fewer vehicles and staff)
- Total elimination of bacteriologically infected waste
- Weight reduction 50%
- Volume reduction 80%
- Product stored in airtight vacuum-sealed bags on pallets
- Metal recovery (syringes, cans, etc.)
- Transformation from infected waste into dry waste
- Waste cost: Municipal 0.54 Euro/Kg — Special waste 1 Euro – 3 Euro/Kg
- System approved by third-party institutes, with international certificates
The machine handles all types of waste without distinction;
municipal, hospital, marine, industrial, supermarkets, sawmills, food, etc.

Converter
The Converter® process is a patented and fully mechanical process based on the principle of transforming mechanical energy into thermal energy.
It uses moist-heat shredding, without the use of pressure: the waste material is heated mechanically by means of the friction generated by a rotating blade and the consequent extraction of moisture by evaporation.
In a 30-minute cycle, Converter® transforms waste into a final product reduced in weight and volume, completely dry and safe.
Converter® is a low-risk technology. It allows waste to be treated on site without the use of chemicals, combustion or microwaves. In addition, it produces neither wastewater nor gas emissions.
Converter® is widely used to achieve the "zero waste to landfill" objective.
